< The first patent in environmental field possessed by Gyeongju-si was obtained > Gyeongju-si concluded a written agreement for joint research and development of new environmental technology on November 22, 2013 with SinSaeng Tech Inc., the leader of microbubble market in Korea, in director's office of City Planning Department of Gyeongju while representatives were attending.

As demand and supply in worldwide water industry are increasing, Gyeongju-si has an opportunity to lead the domestic and international water industry by developing the next generation of environmental technology using microbubbles, which is magnified as an advancement of new environmental technology and a field of technical development, jointly with company.

Agreement ceremony was proceeded by signing and exchanging the written agreement by Kim Yeongchun, Director of City Planning Department and Kim Yanggon, CEO of SinSaeng Tech Inc., and at the same time, agreement for mutual cooperation for "Activation of Green Water Industry, the Power of Growth into the Future of the Country" was signed with Yu Cheol, CEO of Environment Times & Water and Sewerage News.
